Notice to Vacate
28 Day Notice
Unfortunately there is no form to fill out when you want to give your 28 day notice. This is a law that all Real Estate Agencies whom work with Rentals must follow. The correct procedure for our company to follow would be to give you a sheet of paper and let you write a simple note to let us know you, our tenant, want to move out of our unit, on a certain date. Which can be no earlier than 28 days from today. This can be written any which way you want, we only ask to have those three things clearly stated in your letter. Thank you.
