1. $10 application fee per adult-
We need a $10 application fee for everyone over the age of 18 to run a credit check. Payment may be made via Cash, Check, Charge or Money Order. Cash, Checks and Money Orders may be mailed in, dropped into our drop slot or into our office where we could give you a receipt at that moment. Credit cards are accepted via web and fax. Credit cards are accepted via paypal to: RMManagement@hawaiiantel.net. If you have a fax machine, please print out our credit card authorization form and send in your credit information. Please be aware that credit card charges will be subject to an additional 3% to cover the credit fee.

2. Copies of picture ID's for all adults-
Supplying the ID's to go with the application is to identify, if the application is approved, the people whom are allowed in the unit. Not supplying ID's can lead to confusion and misunderstandings. This can only help you. We accept Military ID's, State ID's and Driver's Licences. As long as it's a Valid photo ID by the state, it will be accepted.

3. Copies of pay check stubs for all working adults-
Please bring in the two most recent. We also accept letters with Business Letterheads from employers verifing employment and raise notifications.

4. Copies of bank statements-
These are not the receipts from the bank, this is the statements sent to your home showing activity since your last statement was sent to you. If you are unable to find it, this can be obtained from you bank, with a minimal fee.

5.Any documents that could increase your chances to qualify.-
This would include papers that prove your income. ie Section 8, Military Allotment, Social Security Income, etc.

6. Application is signed by ALL adult applicants.-
The Applicant and co-applicant are to sign the main page if this is printed out. If you are applying online, please initial for both applicants. If your additional applicants are over the age of 18, please have them sign an additional application.
