POLICY & PROCEDURE
All persons 18 years of age or older who intend to reside in the rental property must complete and sign a rental application and pay an application fee of $10.00. All applications will be processed within 48 to 36 hours from receipt of a completed application (including ALL required documents), excluding weekends and holidays.
A credit report is required on every applicant. At RM Management, LLC your credit history is only one of many things we take into consideration when reviewing your application. But if you have had credit discrepencies, we provide a space on our application for you to explain.
An amount equal to approximately two months rent, paid in cash or by cashier's check, is required to take occupancy on properties.
A One-Time Only fee of $350 per pet will be required in homes where pets are allowed.
We do not select residents on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Residents will be offered the opportunity to rent available units based on a best-qualified basis and on the property owners' needs.
We will assist all applicants without regard to race, color, creed, sex, religion, national origin, familial status, handicap, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, citizenship status, military service status, sexual orientation, source of income, or age.
